You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using FedEx or USPS priority mail for packages under $200. Please note that flat rate USPS shipping includes delivery confirmation and tracking but no signatures. Demitasse will not be liable for packages declared delivered via the USPS, exceptions may apply at our discretion. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax and express options. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to 24 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. i.e. ground, overnight, second-day, etc. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. EXCEPTIONS: Special Order Pieces marked anywhere in your selection may require a minimum of 5 and maximum of 14 additional business days for production. A notice will be emailed with estimated ship dates for your information.
Demitasse Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of FedEx or USPS. Demitasse Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.*SHIPPING RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. You may provide a shipping address that is different from your billing address, however for security reasons, Demitasse Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to refuse to ship to a different shipping address if the purchase total is over $250.

We offer shipping to international destinations in JAPAN, CANADA, FRANCE, GERMANY and the UNITED KINGDOM via USPS priority registered and insured mail 6-10 business days from $20 to Canada and from $30 to the United Kingdom AND Japan. This applies to orders that total less then $200. Orders totaling more then $200 change shipping price according to insured value. All orders are subject to a 12% duty fee upon delivery which is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in your purchase order. Using EXPRESS to Canada is operated by Fedex and estimates deliveries between 2 and 3 business days. Demitasse is not responsible or liable for delayed packages. The same return policies apply.

Special note:
International Shipping can be expensive for any type of 'jewelry' class type, costume or other. Tracking and indemnity coverage is only accepted for such articles via priority shipping. In other words, if we were to ship regular USPS flat rate shipping, we have no way of tracking a package if it goes missing nor are we entitled to indemnity which means we can not replace the merchandise if it goes missing. suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary
or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use,
business, data or profits, litigation and the like, whether based on breach of
contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if
advised of the possibility of such damages.
With respect to goods or services purchased through
this site, Demitasse Jewelry Inc.’s liability, in any case, is expressly limited
to replacement of defective goods, or, at Demitasse Jewelry Inc.’s election, to
the repayment or crediting of Buyer with an amount equal to the purchase price
of the goods. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth above
are fundamental elements of this Agreement and the site would not be provided
to you absent such limitations. Some States statutes might apply regarding
Limitation of Liability.
