- Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange or return merchandise by mail within 48 hours of receipt of purchase.YOU MUST SEND BACK ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in original packaging. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on SPECIAL ORDERS, MONOGRAMMED OR ENGRAVED ITEMS OR CUSTOM ORDERS.
- Returns are accepted only via registered mail, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Please keep the tracking numbers. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. We DO NOT REFUND merchandise received after FIVE DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING.
ALL RETURNS OVER $400 are subject to a 3% credit card authorization fee. This means that 3% OF YOUR PURCHASE MAY NOT BE REFUNDABLE and may take up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
- All Xmas exchanges must be made by Jan 3, 2010 otherwise not accepted.
Unauthorized and unsolicited returns are subject to being sent right back to you. Any exceptions are subject to a 10% restock fee on original prices where discounts do not apply.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the sender's address on your package.
