INTERNATIONAL (CANADA, UK & JAPAN EXCLUDED) orders
must be placed over the phone or via fax due to customs and shipping rate
variables. Please contact us with the items you wish to purchase and include your shipping address. Once we receive this information we can advise the total amount and how to proceed. An automatic email will be sent to confirm your order followed by an additional confirmation upon payment and then shipment. Changes / Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@demitassejewelry.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you.

We offer shipping to international destinations in CANADA and the UNITED KINGDOM via USPS priority registered and insured mail 6-10 business days from $20 to Canada and from $30 to the United Kingdom. This applies to orders that total less then $200. Orders totaling more then $200 change shipping price according to insured value. All orders are subject to a 12% duty fee upon delivery which is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in your purchase order.
